Cancellation Policy
Chroma requires a 24 hours notice for cancellation of all scheduled appointments to avoid charges. 50% of the total service will be charged to clients who give less than 24 hours notice. We will do our best to fill a cancelled appointment with another client. If we are successful in doing so, there will be no charge for the cancellation. 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointments.
